Where is my record?
Check your order page first — the link is in your confirmation email and it shows exactly where the request has got to. The record itself is emailed to you by ServiceOntario (Ministry of Transportation), not by us, so it arrives from the ministry rather than from this address. If it has not arrived when it should have, tell us and we will chase it.
What we cannot help with
We cannot change what is on your record, remove a conviction or a suspension from it, or tell you why something appears. None of that is ours — the record belongs to the Ministry of Transportation and only it can correct one. Here is what to do if your record is wrong, including who to contact.
