Why these rows and no others
We sell the uncertified records, and the certified 3-year record. The ministry also issues records it restricts to the driver, a lawyer or the police — a licence history, and anything that carries an address — and those are not ours to sell. Each product page says exactly which record it is before you pay, so that nobody buys the wrong one and finds out afterwards.
What you are actually paying for
Not speed. The ministry issues the 3-year record and the CVOR abstract immediately and posts the 5-year record on its own timetable; we make no claim to be faster than the ministry on any of them, because nothing about our involvement could make it quicker. What the fee buys is a checked submission, one charge instead of two, and somebody to answer for it if the request is wrong.
