It is about a carrier, not a driver: the ministry describes it as a "one-page summary document" that "summarizes a carrier's record for a two-year period", ordered with the carrier's CVOR number rather than a driver's licence number. We order only the CVOR driver abstract.
CVOR Abstract (Level 2), a carrier's detailed record
Restricted by the ministry, not by us: it is "available to the carrier only", and the ministry posts it to the carrier's address on file "about 15 days after your order is received". We are not the carrier, so there is no version of it we may order.
